such a slow app, old one is better. There are no cancel options as well unlike on the previous app. Please fix your app immediately!

opening an app and just sitting here waiting for your splash screen to finish just to book an appointment EVERY TIME. even established apps don’t have splash screen time this long. what was the devs thinking lol

it keeps crashing no matter what phone i use when i press checkout it just crash app. useless app. useless long intro of ugly girls too

Was trying to purchase a service but whenever I click check out, the app crashes. Can someone help or fix this?

The intro is very too long. Tas yung diode machine nyo sira ata or di lang inaayos ng staff nyo level ng laser ang bilis tumubo di na katulad dati. Waste of money na or baka sinasadya nyo para bumalik ng bumalik ang clients. Yung axilight nyo naman mahal tas walang pagbabago

Would be better if we can book in any branch in any location we are. Available slots didn’t show up, we should be near the preferred branch before we can book which so hassle on our part. Also it took forever if you open the app, the video slows down the app and automatically stops my music as well

Staff said unreliable so they do not use it. I booked online but wasn’t catered.

Pls remove or shorten the video ad upon opening the app. It’s difficult to book an appointment if you’re trying to type in a branch that isn’t where you currently are. You have to turn off your location basically.
