Deja vous ne Recevrez que 80% de votre détaxe, ensuite si votre compte utilise SWIFT on vous charge des frais, si…si…si… J’ai fais ma demande en août et je n’est toujours pas reçu ma détaxe que j’ai fais avec SkipTax alors que celle effectuée (le meme jours au même endroit) à mon nom propre est arrivé 3 jours après. Tout doit être au nom de SkipTax, si sur un reçu le nom SkipTax n’apparaît pas ou n’est pas assez visible alors ce reçu sera refusé. Trop de complication pour tant de frais. Faites votre détaxe à votre nom c’est pareil avec beaucoup moins de tracas. Ne recommande pas du tout, perte de temps.

It’s a scan total bogus. These days mostly merchants don’t create manual receipt so we can’t add skip tax to it. And if you don’t have skiptax in the name of receipt it will reject the valid receipt.

It works quite well and the refund method is quick and efficient. It’s very simple to use as well.

Ideal way to receive VAT back once Levine France and when living abroad! Simply ask a receipt under your name and with a mention of SkipTax. Take a picture of the document and submit during your trip! At customs scan the final barcode and done in 48h I got my cash back. User since living abroad. Can only recommend! Why pay VAT when you can get a discount?

Presented all the necessary documents to customs officer in Le Shuttle terminal who said he processed my tax return. Got text message saying Congratulations you will get your tax back within 48 hours…. A week later I still haven’t received the tax refund!

Used the app after shopping at Pidu Dunkirk. Easy to use and quick repayment. Saved £25! Not bad for 5 mins work

Shopped at Calais Wine Superstore 5.30pm on Saturday. Refund in my bank account 12 hours later. What’s not to like?

Now we’ve used the app and followed the process next time will be so easy. We spoke to a cashier at the Wine Superstore (who was very helpful) and followed his instructions. We’ve had the money into our bank within 24 hours of scanning the barcode.

Excellent idea. Works as it should. Just been to Disneyland Paris and scanned my receipts as I went. Highly recommended
