Terrrible app

This is not about being a convenient user experience for the guest but about selling more things and tracking you for marketing and sales purposes. Build an app for the consumer and the rest will follow.

Absolutely useless

A 3D map of the slopes is a good idea. This one is just useless. I was not able to find my way with the app and went back to use the one in the normal SkiStar app. Some suggestions… - place names! All maps have them and they are vital for navigation. I am here and i want to go there - show me the way. Zooming out gives you no hope of an overview. - center on location, reset northing. When you double tap the location button you usually reset north to “up”. With the map rotated to an arbitrary angle you just have to try to figure this out - and good luck with that. - choose destination button. Well! Here I am in the middle of a forest in Trysil trying to navigate to the nearest whatever. Why on Earth would i need a front page button to choose Hemsedal?

Bruger for meget batteri

Applikationen virker fint, men bruger for meget batteri. Mobilen er allerede udfordret på batteritid pga kulde. Man kan heller ikke slå den fra. Den starter automatisk

Burger UTROLIG meget strøm

Gode tanker men app’en bliver tæt på ubrugelig når den via baggrundsaktivitet bruger grotesk meget strøm. Har f.ex stået for 70% af forbruget seneste døgn på min iPhone.

Too frequent forced updates

Very often (several times per week) the app requires to be updated and won’t function until. This is extremely stupid since the app is meant to be used outdoor in the mountains with poor connection.

All beta

We are all using a beta version. Next time please developer in the summer time instead where we as expended will use the app intensely. Daily update is just not good enough.

App’en crasher på iPhone 15 17.2. Derfor nærmest ubrulig

Virkede fint indtil opdatering kræves. Der kommer bare hvid skærm og så crasher appen.

Doesn’t work on 17.4

I’m on 17.4 beta and this doesn’t work ;( I wish it did. But I guess it’s my fault for being on the beta track ;)

No color on the slopes

It fine to see which lift that are open, but don’t I’m trouble that I can’t see the colors on the slopes. Could be nice to have an old school pistemap in the app when the current card view is insufficient! Using latest iOS 17.3
