I had to use this because kids school tied up with this app for sending group messages. I hate to say but it is very frustrating to use this one. School uses it only to send messages so I don’t know about other features as I haven’t used any. Speaking about messages, it loads super slow. And while reading a message, it refreshes and puts it back to latest message. so it is almost impossible to read a messages that was sent couple of days ago. School charges their students a good amount for this crappy app is another shady thing.

Please fix the bugs asap

App gets crashed as soon as we open it. I got my iPhone updated to ios 16.3 and this issue happens. Please check and fix the issue. Thank You 🙏

I’m not getting notifications of the messages coming in the app. I have enabled all notification option but still not alert. It’s difficult that we have to open the app each time to check for new messages Kindly fix this ASAP

Hi. My app is not working when I go inside the app just a black screen appears I have deleted and downloaded the app also. Is there any way I can do to prevent this ?

The app never opens after the latest update (15.6) and keeps on crashing immediately after opening it

Everything is working fine except the “Messages” section in the app. When we click on messages, the app completely disappears and we are unable to view/send any messages from/to the school. Please fix the issue at the earliest since it’s very important for the parents to regularly check the messages communicated by the school.
