The expo security told us that the ride was 3 dhs hourly so we trusted him and took the bike after we finshed the ride it deducted 90 dhs from my acc this app is bs

They charged me double and when I complained they don’t reply or any response becarefull to put you card !! And your money is gone !! Becarefull peeps
My highest dissatisfaction
Frankly speaking, I regret taking one of their scooters. I lost my nerves, time, and money. Desperately have been trying to park my scooter for 40 minutes at different places next to other scooters, and guess what not allowed anywhere ugh… What's more the app itself is really slow and unhelpful. I do not recommend to use!

Its not user friendly app, too much time taking to log or book ride.
STOP!! Don’t download this app! It stole my money
I took two rides with my wife using this app, and by the end of the ride, the app didn’t show any active rides, so I couldn’t stop the ride from the app, we returned the scooters totheir places and went home only to receive an SMS from bank deducting AED 167 !! So, do yourself a favor and dont be the victim of this faulty App.
