Bug 太多了。可以選零顆星。
App 開了30秒打不開，要選擇航班還會出現已經過期的航班在選項內。完全沒有用心在做這個App ，差其他航空公司的同類型網站不是一點點。這種公司讓我評價，應該也是浪費我的時間。過了半年應該也是不會改變，無動於衷的恐龍公司。
已經沒有在維護了
打開只有白畫面，浪費時間
讓人整個無言的系統
剛剛於SkyBoutique APP上面訂購了7樣商品，以哩程折抵之後進入信用卡線上支付程序。 線上刷卡成功之後，我的信用卡有通知消費成功，可是APP上面卻顯示交易失敗訊息，我重複下單動作，卻發現哩程也已經被扣除了。 當下致電華航客服也無法立即確認這筆交易是否成立，還要等隔天是否帳款入帳才能確認。真是無言！ Sky Boutique 網站跟APP不同步也是個大問題！
沒用過這麼爛的app
從頭到尾一直在轉圈等待….華航的軟體工程師是智障還是華航要酬庸養肥貓沒錢買server? 拜託不要搞一個東西出來丟人現眼

是沒有預算研發嗎？介面超爛，使用體驗更爛，除了爛我實在找不到任何形容詞。 你們錢都拿去養肥豬高官嗎？沒預算好好開發APP嗎？如果是外包你們真的要好好考慮換一間，噢！不用考慮！直接換吧！如果是自己內部開發的，拜託！整個團隊辭了吧！別丟人了！
