Been playing for a while now and I really enjoy the game. However, I’m currently stuck on a bug. I am supposed to get 5 perfect grinds in one run. Easy enough. But the game no longer recognised Perfect Grind as what it is. When I collect every coin, I see a placeholder message and when I pass a mountain close I see „Perfect Grind“. Now even if I make 8 „Perfect Grinds“, the achievement is not unlocked.
Amazing Game but I have a slight issue
The game is genius.
However I am not sure if it’s a bug or my phone 😅but sometimes when I try to steer left it doesn’t work.
Love this hidden gem
Really good game, it comes across as a game that is made because someone had an idea that they wanted to come true. Not tons of ads and really satisfying, there a few mobile games that are actually games and not just a way of putting ads on the AppStore, so thanks. (Only 4 stars because of the ambience)
Terrible!!
I don’t really Like this Game...It’s The worst Running Game And who even Made the idea to make this crappy game?
Good game ruined....
...By adverts and an overly complicated add on purchase system. I’d have paid for the whole thing unlocked and ad free, but only 3 or 4 quid (it’s not *that* great). Unfortunately it’s just another in a long line of potentially good games ruined by IAP and adverts. App deleted.
Ruined game !
Used to love this game and played every day . Now it just doesn’t work properly, become very glitchy and unresponsive so pretty much unplayable. At the point we’re im really thinking about uninstalling.
Such a shame that a great game has turned to s#@% !!!
iCloud save has been lost
I restored sky dancer to my iPad after a few months break , and have lost ALL my progress ( iCloud saved ) including 8 characters I’d unlocked. Disgusted . Please fix this . I will alter my review of this once excellent game if you can .
All data lost after update
I'm sad because I loved this game and was grinding super hard for money to buy Lisa, but after I updated it recently all my data was lost and I started at the beginning again :(
From great to faulty
This game was very fun and relaxing. I had played it for a very long time and had collected all but 1 of the characters (the jester). I liked the challenge system and had also finished all of them.
However, the next time I loaded up the game, everything was erased without my deleting the app. I was annoyed but not so much so I wouldn’t start again. Then I started to notice some glitches such as the challenges kept switching without my completing them and my multiplier did not go up.
Then, with the most recent update, it changed the character menu and half the characters have dropped off the side of my screen! Furthermore, you can no longer buy characters outright with game currency but have to buy shards, meaning the prices of characters increased dramatically
In conclusion, this game is moving towards being unplayable when it started out as basic but enjoyable. It’s a shame and I’m disappointed with its development.
The recent update was not an improvement
I first downloaded SD when it was very new, and thought it was a really charming game. It had an elegant, artistic simplicity that most games don't really have. It wasn't fussy, but it wasn't boring and utilitarian either. The option of using coins to choose new characters to play was a cute idea but without being gimicky.
However, I've recently downloaded the new version and I don't think the game is really worth it any more. With the introduction of a new layout, the stars, more coins, and chests, it's become much like lots of other games. It's retained the beautiful scenery, but it's less indie and more commercial now, and I think that's a shame.
