This new version is a huge letdown
I was a big fan and long-time user of the first version of this app, which worked great and helped me immensely on countless flights. Unfortunately, when I tried to connect to the previous app, for my recent flight, old app was completely bugged, like it wasn’t supported anymore, and I couldn’t log into it. So I went ahead and downloaded the newest version - that’s the one I am writing a review for. On launch, the app told me I had a free flight to get used to the new UI. Great. But after I had to restart the app, the free flight was ended (even though my flight hadn’t even started yet). Huge bummer. But I was a loyal user and I have huge flying anxiety sooo I went ahead and BOUGHT one paying flight anyway, to give the new app a chance. For the whole journey the app was buggy, it didn’t react to what was happening in flight, it was completely useless and laggy, it repeated the same messages time and time again and made my phone overheat. I deleted the app before the flight was even over. I am now applying for a refund.
TLDR: Don’t waste your money. Last version was fantastic, this one is a joke.

Great idea. Maybe a real software company can buy and re reply this cool concept. But until then do t waste your time.
It just stopped working
Firstly I bought it and right after they said- we updated and u will receive subscription for 1 year only instead of full. Thats scam. Now it doesn't even open. I want my money back.

Я хочу попросить вернуть обратно деньги просто по невероятному количеству причин. Из последнего - приложение просто перестало открываться. Совсем. Сразу вылетает, обновлено до последней версии, телефон тоже на последней версии. Кошмар.

Ранее оставляла отрицательный отзыв, еще до того, как нашла адрес для связи с тех поддержкой, изменила оценку на более высокую так как позже в техподдержке вопрос урегулировали и причину нашли

Плохо
Не работают ключевые функции, хотела воспользоваться сопровождением ИИ перед полетом, оплатила один полет и ничего не работает. Ни кнопка с искусственным интеллектом, ни кнопка «Мне страшно». Жутко расстроена, с людьми с тревогой перед перелетом так нельзя, хочу вернуть деньги

ИИ Al в приложении - огонь. Отлично распознает вопросы и отвечает как Алексей вживую. С таким же теплом, заботой и любовью, которыми Алексей окутывает своих учеников-клиентов, точно зная, что и зачем он делает.

Неактуальные карты маршрутов
Вообще за такие деньги можно было и загрузить актуальные карты маршрутов для полк ов из России. Уже третий год самолеты летают по совершенно другим маршрутам, но приложение продолжает на такие деньги продавать неактуальное. Выброшенные деньги
