Am unable to sign up Waiting to get the OTP code

It has now been 7 days since my request for freight was placed, and I have yet to receive any updates or resolution regarding my shipment. This delay is unacceptable. If I do not receive a satisfactory response or confirmation of shipment within 48 hours, I will be forced to take further action, including but not limited to filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and pursuing legal channels to resolve this matter. I hope to resolve this promptly and amicably. Please treat this as urgent

I shipped my goods since on the 10th of February and the goods never arrive till now this will be my last time using your company

I bought 16 items for 48k in China which is children clothes and 3 children shoes and 3 children bags and when the store I bought them from do they weight estimate it was 6.8kg but when it gets to Skycargoltd it automatically turns to 16.86kg, I wrote their customer support to cancel the shipment but no response and I even emailed them still no response. Skycargoltd is defrauding Nigerians this is very unfair

My package appears to be lost in transit. I have sent messages to the support team for days and they never replied - they never reply!

You people are really heartless, how can a goods that was extimated 22kg get to 40kg, is that not wickedness, adding an extra 18kg to the goods, that’s not fair, how much are we selling the product, you people are really very wicked, I regret using your logistic
