You people are really heartless, how can a goods that was extimated 22kg get to 40kg, is that not wickedness, adding an extra 18kg to the goods, that’s not fair, how much are we selling the product, you people are really very wicked, I regret using your logistic

Customer service is bad! I did online transfer from my Fcmb account to sky cargo and it’s being two days the money hasn’t reflected I don’t know who to call or report to
You people are too slow your shipping fees is too high and after picking up goods from china you people will still add extra kg on top what’s paining me now is the way you people are dallying goods now is another thing and how many days do you people want to be using for clearance is been 4 days now you people are on clearance and I never received pick up code please make unah work on it make I no swear for unah hissssss☹️😫
Since 3 days now have been trying to login , I can’t remember my password and have been pressing forgotten password after everything it will just say requested parameter validation failed “ while for what reason Please help me out
Since Monday my goods have been stuck at working on clearance this is not fair you are not helping us at all you are just making things hard for we retailers when you keep delaying orders who will want to buy from us again I regret using your airline this time around once I got my goods I’m done with you their way of addressing customer is also bad

You exchange rate is too high and you don’t accept dollar how do you want those new in the business to survive, do something about it thanks.
