please can you add Middle East charts ..

No official maps

This app provides a lot of functionality, and is more suited to the uk than some US alternatives. Unfortunately the only mapping available is a proprietary map with very poor topographic detail compared the official NATS/CAA half and quarter mil charts. If the developer gave the option to add these chart layers it would be a huge improvement. You already have to buy an extra flight guide such as Pooleys if you want full airfield details, so similar mechanism could be used for those who want proper charts.

A must have for any GA pilot, this is the most use software on my device. Thank you SkyDemon Team.

I used SkyDemon as a low hours PPL. It is a great tool and I would recommend for any new PPL as it help with air space avoidance etc.

Just wish it allowed a “Preferred Device” !

Like most of the VFR community SkyDemon is my preferred planning tool on my kneepad iPad Mini, and I also keep a fixed tablet on my RV9 panel for navigation. But only allowing 2 logged on SkyDemon devices is a MAJOR pain (and totally arbitrary with a subscription?..). It’s handy in a pub chatting to friends about a possible trip….but….if I dare log into SkyDemon on my phone I know my panel (always the f’ing panel) will be logged out. So next flight I’ll be on the ramp, engine running, requesting airfield information, to find I’m logged out and have to mess about trying to remember passwords or doing resets….why isn’t my email working?….whilst holding up traffic or missing my flight plan time….why SkyDemon?…why??

Excellent

If you are a U.K. or EU VFR pilot then this is a must!! Download it during training and start to use as soon as you can, it reduces planning and workload in the cockpit 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Just buy it

Brilliant. Well done

SkyDemon has transformed my flying!

Can’t add much to the summary above really - I had a break of almost twenty years from flying light aircraft and my recollection was of scrabbling around in the cockpit for chinagraph-smudged, badly folded paper charts. The last few years have been a revelation for me, SkyDemon is so immensely capable, enormously intuitive and just a joy to use. I have no doubt it helps me every time I fly to be a better and safer pilot. Thank you

Very user friendly. I have SkyDemon with me on every flight. The essential back up to have in the cockpit.
