Friendly and polite driver, came back after I left a bag at my pick up destination

I was recommended Skyex by a friend a couple of months ago and now use them for most of my journeys. They are very professional, on time and very competitive in price compared to other taxi companies. I would recommend them all day long.

Skylines app is better because tell you how much journey going cost before putting any bank information in. And why can’t you able to use Apple-pay

Had to wait 2 Hours to be picked up by this company although booking at least 1 weeks in advance !

Very rubbish, not useful at all , they take very long to turn up , no good communication also have appalling service! Sky ex app needs serious maintenance !

Worst app Unreliable unprofessional consistently cancelling bookings don’t waste your time with this app

I had such an awful experience with them lately. There were late more than 30min three times in a row and lately we had a horrible journey with them going to the airport - the drive itself was ridiculous and the driver was late 40minutes. The app showed our driver is 2 minutes away so we went outside of our flat (it has a tricky entrance) and then the driver just turned and went somewhere else leaving us standing at the main road, in the rain, at 4am for almost 40minutes!! We had to run the the gate to catch our plane and were last to enter the aircraft, 2 more minutes and we wouldn’t make it whereas we planned ahead to have at least 1.5h spare at the airport. Unacceptable!!!

Terrible Experience

I have ordered a cab which says 12 mins from the time 23.31 it’s now 00.31 and now it’s saying 20 mins. When I use the app to track where the cab it’s not moving so I called the office and they keep hanging up not helpful. Don’t use if you have another choice of cab they will leave you hanging for sure...

If you looking for something which was cheap and great then go with this app i use UBER also but trust me thats expensive i love Skyex trust me this is a goo app.
