Easy to earn Skywards Miles on everyday purchases like groceries, pharmacy, cafes etc.

The application does not work, after buying from partners with a card that is added in the application, miles are not credited. In order to accrue miles you have to write to support every time and spend at least 30 minutes on it. To look for a receipt of purchase to send it to the post office to wait for some more time. In general, it's not worth it, don't waste your time.

It’s been 1 month I’m trying to log in it’s loading all the day it never linked shame

Dont bother it doesnt work, and customer service dont respond

Not true i link my cards but i didn’t get any skyward miles since September until now tried to call them and send complain nothing happened still not getting the miles.

Every time I try to log in it says access denied.

I didn’t used to use this app before card linking ability, but since i linked my card i have been earning miles with so many different partners without even realizing. The app might need some work on the visuals but overall it’s way better than the old experience.

Sometimes the application doesn’t work in the proper way, we trying to enter the shop location but didn’t go through and sometimes giving me some errors in the application, it should be more easier, realistic and logical. I understand that ministration they want to control the transaction and the process for each user but some of the things you cannot control and might be many errors and disused, it will impact the application and the reputation of the company. and this company, very known in high-quality of the services to the passengers to make them happy and relax , the relation between Emirates and passengers make the trust born there. how come this app make kind of difficulties in services for the people who love this company and who use this app it should be more easy, at least by scan the barcode , not giving the cashier right to touch our phones to enter the cashier code to get the point , it’s not worth it for little miles , most of the time we had some excuses and problems with the system. It’s very crazy.
