Sleek is a dream come true for me as a 61 years old ballet-fan… It reminds me of younger days: I feel like 15 again 🎶🧚‍♀️🩰. It‘s not a workout, it‘s sheer happyness and perfect for growing old gracefully! May I suggest something? Please, choose also some classical piano ballet-music… and why not a little pointe shoes training for those who already did it in their life?
