I use this to sleep. Started off working well but now shuts off randomly waking me up!!!😩

This app helps me sleep and helps me keep my mind of things I’m having problems with and YES I will highly recommend it! Use it if you have problems sleeping or if you need to take your mind of things you are having trouble with or just use it to keep you calm because it helps me to be calm when I get mad and yes you can use it if you have ADHD because I do and my ADHD id just a mild form of it but when it’s to quiet I need some kind of sound going on or if it’s to loud I need it to be quiet but if you have ADHD and you have a mild form like me I recommend the app! Sleep Sounds helped me so much! 5 stars! ✨ ✨✨✨✨ Give Sleep Sounds a chance!

Free so far. I just downloaded and I am listening to the ocean as I type. I have a migraine and was looking for soothing, distracting white noise or music. This is excellent!

It plays the Sleep Sounds directly through the Apple watch so I don’t need earphones. Great when I want to nap: all I need is my watch! Thanks guys!

I love this. It helps me sleep with a lot of variety. It also gives you good blends and you can make your own blend, But the best part is that it is free. It is very creative and adds your favorite sounds from the real world into one app. All of the other apps I checked were like, 39.99. It also works when you close the app and turn off the phone. This is great!
