way better then the normal alarm
Not accurate
I woke up at 3am, having a nightmare, couldnt go back to bed until 4, but the app shows "deep sleep" at that time... So its a good placebo.

I needed an app to track my sleep for our insurance plan to pay us. I tried app after app for a week and all wanted a subscription. Finally I found this one and it worked perfectly!
Ads won’t close
Used this app for years for my alarm. The ads won’t click away now to even use it. Deleting and getting something else
Ads that can’t be clicked away
This app has now started to have ads that can not be clicked away, and they don’t time out. Makes the app completely useless.
Best free sleep app
This is the only free sleep app I’ve found that actually works! I have considered upgrading, but I can’t find anything that explains the premium features. I wish it would give some examples of sleep reports or sleep programs, but that’s literally my only complaint, so, highly recommend.
