Sleep Tracker ++, also known as SleepMatic, automatically tracks your sleep from your Apple Watch like Fitbit. No buttons to press, just wear your watch to sleep. Automatically log your sleeps and naps and wakeup to see insightful sleep analysis.
- No manual start/stop tracking your sleep. It is all automatic, just wear your watch to sleep.
- All day sleep tracking. Sleep during the day? Take naps? No problem! No need to configure sleep window, no need to set when you wake up, the app auto figures out when you fall asleep. Even works for naps.
- Tunable detection. Is the detection off? You might be moving more or less than other people, you now can adjust sensitivity if our detection is off.

Doesn’t work, have to change date manually
Not so happy, I have to change the date manually, I ask for a refund.
It tracks the sleep perfectly
After i tried other apps I found that SleepMatic tracks the sleep in automatic best and it also give me the possibility to manual add sleep sessions. I have just one suggestion: please renew the design of the app!!!! (See pillow)

L’app per Watch è scritta in cinese! Ma dai!!!! Aggiornamento: è inutile. Non funziona. Dalla schermata iniziale non puoi farla partire o altro e dopo una notte intera con Watch non ha registrato nulla. Non buttate soldi.

Calcola perfettamente il sonno, fra tutte che ho provato questa è la migliore, 5 stelle quando ci sarà la lingua italiana.
Pessima
Il sonno è registrato a casaccio, se ci si alza di notte la registrazione parte chissa perché dal momento in cui ci si rimette a letto oppure si ferma nel momento in cui ci si alza e non riparte più. La cosiddetta sveglia intelligente non funziona. Indagando si scopre essere (come dicono nelle pagine di aiuto) una “caratteristica sperimentale” e infatti non funziona. Soldi buttati.

La rilevazione automatica del sonno funziona benissimo e anche meglio di alcune App con rilevazione manuale! La sveglia smart ora mi funziona molto bene, e il supporto via mail è stato rapido a rispondere

sempre meglio. sempre piu preciso.. Ma rende l apple watch indipendente dall Iphone ? Ovvero poter utilizzare la sveglia facendo semplicemente vibrare l apple watch come fa il buon vecchio FitBit ? eddai caxxo !!

Ad oggi è l'app con la migliore integrazione con Watch. Molto comoda l'avvio automatico del l'analisi del sonno.
