Sleep trainer Reviews

I like it so far but have some suggestion…

I just started sleep training my 6 months old three days ago and decided Iwanted a resource so I don’t have to stress about timing too. So far I like the all but wish it would keep track of time so have time stamps when you first lay the baby down to the end when they wake up so you can keep track of what times. Also I don’t like how after you check on your baby it goes to baby being awake and it just keeps the timer as is so each time I check on my crying baby it’s 1 second then 2 then 3. I guess I just wish it was just better integrated with times and switched from each timer better. It would also be nice to have a consistent timer that you can see no matter what page you are on so you can see how long it’s been rather than seeing how many sessions you at and adding up all the time. Other than that it’s a great resource in tracking your baby sleeps. I think for paying 3$ for an app where there’s so many different ones that are free adding time stamps and a consistent timer isn’t unreasonable. If they added those I would change my rating to a 5 star. Update: all of the sudden the tutorial comes up every time you open the app which is annoying to skip it each time

Highly recommend!

This app is perfect if you are sleep training. It took all the work out of tracking the time for checkin. It is very encouraging to see the charts each day so that you can see your baby is making progress.

Worth it

Honestly I’m already too tired to keep track. I’m glad I got this, it helped me keep track of her progress and helped me time her cries. Knowing it’s gonna be hard. Smart someone made this app.

Very easy to use. Simple and keeps you on track for what could be an emotional and difficult journey. I love seeing the progress in bar charts and being able to celebrate in the mornings. Very helpful!!

Works like a charm!

I cannot give this app enough praise. We used this app when my son was 5 months old and sleep trained him quickly. The app is so straightforward and gives encouraging messages along the way which I found so comforting. Our son was sleep trained in a matter of days. We have utilized the app a couple of times since then (he is now 14 months) during sleep regressions. We usually only need to use the app for a couple of nights and he is back on track. He is an amazing sleeper and we owe it all to this app! I’ve recommended it to others and they all have had success as well!

Life changing!

My pediatrician recommended to start sleep training my son at 4 months because he was a healthy weight, was just getting over the 4 month regression and was happy and lively during the day. I was so scared to start! This app helped me feel like I had a sense of knowing what I was doing and really following the method correctly. It had little encouraging notes every time the baby would be crying and helped me to remember this was helping - not hurting - my baby. The first night I couldn’t believe he actually fell asleep! I was able to be consistent and keep track of time easily with the timer in this app. I can’t wait to see his progress in the activity tracker as we complete his training!
