Well when I sleep I don’t how to see the data but using this app my back pain was cured.

Yes there is a subscription but if u just wanna try it out the cost for one week is only 29 cents. You can also cancel anytime. The app also includes sounds to help you sleep such as white noise or calming music. Get this apppp
