この類の他のアプリは、いわば「起床アプリ」であり、起きることをサポートしてくれるもので、私は夜更かしの傾向があったので、結局起きられずに終わってしまっていました。しかし、このアプリは就寝/入眠の時間までも管理できるので、夜更かしに繋がらず、規則的な生活リズムを取り戻すのに非常に役立ちました。加えて、設定した時間を大幅に超えて眠ると、羊が逃げてしまうシステムのおかげで、眠るやる気が出ました。 つい働きすぎてしまう現代人にはちょうどいいアプリだと思います！

羊が可愛くて癒されます。 ポケモンスリープよりもゆるく続けられて好きです。 羊が集まってくるのが楽しみです。 最近の更新で毎日違う睡眠コラムが見られるようになったのも楽しみの一つになりました。
良いです
睡眠の質のグラフとかはいらないので、睡眠時間だけを記録したくて始めました。その通りの機能で満足しています。 私の睡眠リズムの問題でもあると思いますが、毎週の分析で「起床時刻が不安定」としか言われないので、もう少し違うアドバイスが見たいです。 また、iPhoneのヘルスケアの睡眠時間グラフと連携できるようになったら、なおありがたいなと思いました。 でも全般的にシンプルで良いです。
友達
使い始めです。受験生として体調管理の一環で友達も始めました！アプリ説明に友達と繋がれるとあってダウンロードしたのですが、繋げ方が分からず説明欄やヘルプのボタンなどもありません。とても絵が可愛くて使いやすくて記録にも残せるすごいアプリなので、ヘルプなどの機能を追加して頂きたいです！
任意の評価ができない
予期せぬエラーで違う評価をしなくてはいけなくなった 睡眠の質を選択するときに、ふつうを選びたかったのに反応しなくて仕方なくバッチリを選ばされたバッチリではないのにやり直しができたら嬉しい何故なら本来の評価ではないから それからボーナスが受け取れないときがある 今日のボーナスを押すと ❌ エラー こう表示されて3回ほどやってやっと受け取れる時がある。 他のゲームではまずあり得ない➖2点
👍がたまらない
みんな👍は押さないのかな？ 全然👍が貯まらずトーテムが買えません。 ちょっとストレスになるのでトーテムはあきらめて、押すのをやめようかな。

就寝時のBGMがオフにできない
就寝時間を意識できるようになって、とても便利なアプリだと思いました。 ドットのひつじさんも愛嬌があります。 設定で就寝時のBGMをオフにしたいのですが、上手くできずにいます。 iPhoneの機種やOSのバージョンが合ってないのかもしれないので、今は音量をオフにして対処しています。 起床時間の通知音の音量とは別なので、これで特に問題ありません。
寝る時間を意識出来るのがとてもよい
寝る時間を表してくれるのが とてもよいです。ただ、せっかく可愛い 羊を作ったのだから、羊の説明とかも あったらもっとアプリを利用する気が 起きる気がする。
