Sleepagotchi: Monitor de Sueño

This is a really cute concept and I’ve been using it for a while now but I don’t think it’s really effective for encouraging healthier/better sleep habits. You’re rewarded for getting better sleep with more in game money to spend on the little creature’s habitats but their are no tools to help you actually achieve better sleep. So you’re totally reliant on having your own tools and sleep hygiene plan outside of the app and this is just supposed to serve as a motivation I guess. I would love to see more in app tools to help with getting to bed (as that’s often what people struggle most with). Wind down reminders, a nighttime routine checklist, breathing exercises, guided meditations, grounding exercises, bedtime stories, literally any tools to motivate users to actually go to bed so that our sleep scores will improve. It would also be amazing if we could be rewarded for completing those wind down tasks with sheep coins or Dino interactions to further motivate us to go to bed. There are a lot of things I’d rather be doing than sleeping so for this to be effective I really need an effective reward system. I would also love to be able to interact with Dino more. Being able to pet, feed, and talk to Dino would make the app so much more enriching. Right now it’s pretty much like he’s not even there and this is just a really constrained interior decorating game. I think this app has soooooo much potential but right now I don’t really think it’s serving its purpose.

This has lovely graphics and music, but the usability for me isn’t doing it… I really wanted to like this app, but it refuses to consistently sync with my Health app completely. The data will be there on the graph, but for some reason it doesn’t also update my nightly progress?? I’ve done everything in the F&Q, but nothing is working, including the “no data” button, which does nothing when I try to click it to manually enter my sleep data. I’ve tried for over a week to get it to properly track, but I’m giving up & going to use some other app.

Ever since I downloaded this game, I’ve always could sleep better and it has me thinking about my sleep schedule and patterns so five stars ⭐️😃👍👍

This little old game has me thinking more about my sleep habits than ever before . Why? It makes me focus and keeps the thought process closer to the front of my brain. It’s early in my engagement experience, but love it so far.

This game has helped my sleep a good amount and is super engaging. Highly recommend!

wont connect to health right so it’s not logging my hours. it’s weird too bc the sleep has to be between 9pm and 6am what if someone would night shift and relies on this app to get sleep during the days? bc that’s hard to do lol.

I’ve been using this app since the first version. As another review mentioned, it used to have many interesting features: you had your own room and could customize it buy purchasing and selling items with points you earned by sleeping. I can understand where the update was trying to expand upon the original version, but it has entirely removed every enjoyable feature. There is no marketplace to interact with other users, no customization, no incentive to sleep better as the game generates coins consistently. I held on for a while, mostly because there is no app in the App Store like the first version I loved so much, but after a few updates with no significant improvement, I’m finally saying goodbye :/

It's pretty good overall it helps me go to sleep very well

There is something so addictive to this game. Really helps me to go to bed in time.
