Despite the App Store page indicating the app can be used by anyone, it appears you need some sort of “access code” to actually use it, and I can’t see anywhere that we are given an access code. After trying to google a solution, I can see this app is being used as part of a medical study into insomnia, and part of the analysis is based on how many issued “access codes” are actually activated, so it would appear this app is not open to the public, but only available to those who have been issued a prescription to use the app and provided with an access code.

Requires an “access code” to register.. after you’ve wasted time filling out the surveys. Not sure why Apple approved this nonsense.

While the promo and the lead in to the survey all sound very informed - the app is not working. I have completed the survey multiple times but everything stops when I press the “my sleep pattern” button. Please fix the app as the information you present sounds hopeful. ** very weird - latest update said “minor bug fixes” - but now I can’t get past needing an access code. It also says I have no clinical insomnia. Wow. Just wow. How did anyone rate higher than one star??!

So many problems with this app, asks for access code but there is no access code, says “already registered then sign in” but there is no provision to register. Will not let you sign in. Just wasted my time trying to get it to work. 😡

Well that was useless… I press get started… answer a bunch of questions and at the end I press “MY SLEEPING PATTERN” and it just crashes. Back to the drawing board guys… I had high hope for this being a solution to my sleeping issues…

from the moment you download, the app is broken. Can't give you an access code if you haven't entered any details for it to send one and there's no help links. Another waste of time and stolen data.

I went through the process. It then ask for an access code but I was not given an access code. Frustrating. 😡

Cannot register as the app asks for an Access code?? Where do you obtain the code? info and download instructions would be helpful. All seems complicated.

Downloaded but after all the questions and telling me how good it is I cant register. Please help
