SleepingTemp è un'applicazione semplice e intuitiva che si può installare sul proprio Apple Watch. Monitorando la temperatura del polso, SleepingTemp può aiutare a identificare eventuali problemi che impediscono di dormire al meglio. Ad esempio, se la temperatura del polso è costantemente troppo alta o troppo bassa, ciò può indicare che non si dorme abbastanza profondamente o che il sonno è disturbato da fattori esterni.
La temperatura del polso è correlata alla temperatura corporea. Viene misurata tramite l'Apple Watch mentre si dorme. La temperatura del polso mostra una media di diverse misurazioni effettuate mentre si dorme e quando è attivata la funzione sleep focus.
Requisiti:
- Un Apple Watch Series 8 o un Apple Watch Ultra.
- Il sonno deve essere impostato con Traccia sonno con Apple Watch attivato.
- Sleep Focus deve essere attivato per almeno 4 ore a notte per circa 5 notti.
