Despite waking up a multitude of different times, this app doesn’t show this and displays this as light sleep despite the fact I was even checking my phone during this and tells me I still got 6 hours.

Pretty good app, not completely sure if it senses when I get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet though? But it gives me an idea of just how much sleep I do or don't have!
