I this bank, they are always so nice when I call in. They take care of me when I have problems. This app almost never works. It won’t load ever! It won’t load the login screen. If I am miraculously able to login then the accounts don’t load. It is really infuriating that I can almost never login!
works ok most of the time, but quite often it will flake out. tonight (5/31/24) I could not view my account or make a transfer. tried the online mobile site and had problems as well. given how much money SLFCU has its surprising that they don't put more effort into building a reliable app.
App is the worst when it comes to protecting your privacy. Other credit union apps don’t collect this much information on their users.
The app has been performing as expected. Great design, simple and easy to use. However with the latest update, the screen orientation has become relegated to Portrait mode only. Please look into adjusting so that both landscape and portrait mode are available. Thank you!
Since, software upgrade in early Sept. 2023, they have terminated the “Landscrape Mode”! If you have a tablet or IPad/Pad Pro, & have keyboard attached, you will have to detach the Keyboard & flip tablet upright to use this not so great APP. It is unfortunate , that in. 2023 almost 2024, SLFCU is willing to terminate Landscrape mode for all customers of this App!
Hello, I’d like to use the landscape view rather than letter but the app will have nothing to do with that. It’s a small thing but I’d like to see the app rotating to landscape. Thanks, Dale
