After having successfully scanned six (6) slides, you are required to upgrade to a very expensive premium subscription. Impossible to save, print or share the scanned pics. Very misleading advertising. A scam.

Your subscription will automatically renew itself unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store. If offered, if you choose to use our free trial, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Workaround…
I make use of your regular Photomyne app to scan my slides. I project the slides and photograph them with a DSLR. The software restores the slides beautifully: white balance, warmth, sharpness and even skew correction.

Niet makkelijk om dia in een juiste positie voor je pc scherm te houden! Ook zie je de reflectie van je gsm camera op de foto. Soms ook foto’s waar je de “ pixels blokjes “ teveel op ziet .

Be careful
This app works okay not great but be careful when signing up. It apparently defaults to a 2 year $70 package when you think you are trying to sign up for a free trial. Once you make that mistake there is no way to back out the charge or cancel transaction. You stuck for 2 years service that you never wanted. Terrible!

SCAM!!! Doesn’t work
IT DOES NOT WORK!! NOT a clear image. You go to their website which is just a blank webpage then you could take a much clearer photo with your iPhone camera. App distorts the image. Plus, I did a free trial but was then charged for a subscription within the 3 day trial. I had canceled the subscription. SLIDE SCAM. refund my $40. Your response: “We understand your request for a refund; however, we’d like to clarify that all app and subscription purchases on iOS devices are handled exclusively through Apple’s App Store. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to process refunds directly on your behalf. While we’d love to assist you further, only Apple has the authority to review and issue refunds for App Store transactions.” Apple says contact you directly. You say contact Apple. APP is a scam. Needs to be removed from the App Store.

The program is easy to use and the pictures turn out better than the originals.
