My opinion
I think that could be really better to help managers to work. For instance you can not synchronize your full schedule on your google account. You can only synchronize your personal one for only 3 week (one in the passed and 2 in the future. As a manager you have to have a longer vision and for all your employees.
Then when you have many locations of work, you have to assigne all locations to all employees even if only one or two will go on each location. It would be much more sensible to create the location related to the schift and really faster.
The rest is good.
