It’s not working and it doesn't tell you why
The only thing the IT does is to send a new password.

cheap Customer Service always charge extra bill
Logging in
It was alright when I switched over from one company to slingshot. Still great rates per month. Always have trouble logging into the app to view and pay bills. Have to go to the website which also plays up when logging in. I have called but the call taker wasn’t very helpful. I hope this get sorted soon.
Can’t even get in
I decided to download this app but it won’t let me register, won’t let me in and keeps saying “error”. Deleted and reinstalled twice and still no joy. Appears difficult to navigate and not worth the bother.
Billing summary
I can’t even view my billing summary. Haven’t been able to since I downloaded the app. Needs to be updated and fixed. I’ve not had 1 update since installing the app
Waste of time
App is only good if you want to view and pay a bill. None of the links work. Can’t do anything with your account. Don’t waste your time downloading the app just use the website
Limited functions
Offer to view bills, make payment, and connect to support. For all other needs, user is directed to external webpage. App is not completed at the moment.
Links Are Not Useable
Stink App had to sign in online couldn’t use any links on the app Updated Invoice is also useless as I wanted to make payment of the correct total
not really that useful
while i can see the app is really lightweight as it loads superfast, the functionality is lightweight itself. i tap on the my slingshot icon and other icons but nothing happens. i am unable to view my power, data or mobile utilization. this looks more of a ‘pay your bill’ app more than anything. the website functions are what i am after in an app in this day and age.
