Before Sloth, I was often late — I veered off track or didn’t do the time math to ensure I wasn’t trying to cram too much to do in too little time. Sloth is the answer!
No alarms!!! I thought maybe it was a paid feature, but of the “alarm” options, none are audible. Silent notifications don’t help me, unfortunately.
My old iPad finally gave up the ghost of 30/30, which I have used for several years to keep to my disabled child’s 14-hour feeding/med/water schedule. Along with the pleas of other 30/30 users, I need those features—alarms that will alarm if I close the app on accident, especially—and color to prompt what’s next from across the room at a glance; I need to be able to share the schedule with others; an iPad version would be helpful as well. Till the perfect reincarnation of 30/30 materializes, Sloth just about hits the mark.
i love the simplicity of this app but apple store seems to have just let me buy the pro version but app isnt actually updating .. not sure how to get it to, and developer website support area is no longer online .. what to do ?
I like using the Sloth App, however, i just wish that the timer automatically resets instead of resetting it each time it’s over (every 30 mins i stop, then put on a “rest” timer for 5 mins- while studying)
It’s been so interesting to see how I am actually using my time, and to know how long tasks actually take me. Using Sloth has alleviated a level of anxiety I didn’t even know I was carrying. I start my day now knowing that I can get it all done, all uncertainty is gone. The timer keeps me focused, and I take more regular breaks which helps my overall productivity! I love that you can easily add time to a task which informs me for next time, and I love that you can pop items to the top as needed. This is a really brilliant app!
The app force closes every time it’s opened, the only way that I can get it to work for a short period of time is by uninstalling, reinstalling, and using the free version. No support from the developer, even the domain for their website is down. Update: WOW. The developer created an exact mirror of this app called Smart Sloth that appears to work but you won’t get credit if you won’t be able to restore your purchase is you’ve already paid for this version.
Paid $5 and the preset list doesn’t work. I’d need to type my long routine everyday. Apple should not let this trash take our money. Where’s the quality control. Miss 30/30
I used to love this app for getting ready for work etc and also tracking my time. It hasn’t been updated in a while and it shows. Could not recommend as the timer no longer works and often realize too late that the timer is done but there was no audible alarm. I have settings to ignore my phone set to vibrate but even with my sound on the alarm does not work. I tried sending feedback via email first before writing this review and the email bounced back. Seems this app is dead.
