Why can’t I go above level 500?

Is there an update I’m missing I can’t go above level 500 so I’m missing out on ask the extra points and extras when you level up

How do you expect a person to want to pay to play your games when the first amount of coins they get for free are barely nothing and don’t win a single thing no matter what game they play? I lasted a whole minutes doing minimum bets and won nothing no matter what game I played! Nice intro. No way am I spending any money on you. Bye!

Audio Problems

I just installed this app and I encounter problems with no audio at all in any of the games available. Bummer! 👎🏻

Defective game

I played texas game and had 395,000 , i won 405,000 in a bonus round but my total was only 777,000 after payout. Also game bonus does not triger consist any, got thee oil wells several times but no bonus round. Game is messed up. Also does this in Lobster Mania 3.
