Really like this game but, you spend money to get gems to increase your winnings and move up the leaderboard only to find all your hard earned points and higher level drop significantly the next day. Emailed developer a couple of times with no response. Still enjoy playing but don’t waste your money buying gems because you just loose your progress and place on the leaderboard!
The games are somewhat boring. The animated leprechaun does same thing over and over, boring. What are the charms for? No explanation of those things. Locked levels, boring. There are games out there where there are sneak previews. From what I have seen and played so far the next game is similar to the previous, boring. Too many other choices to play boring!
About 18 months ago I deleted Slots of Gold because when I used the Watch Ad feature the little green WATCH button wouldn’t light up after certain videos. I complained to tech support and they said some videos were unstable causing this problem but they were working on it. A couple of weeks ago I downloaded the App again and found different videos but the same problem. So, do I delete the app never to return or will they fix the problem? Oh great, now that I’ve complained about the “watch a video” defect, it’s gotten worse. Now I have to restart the game after every video. Is this on purpose from the programmers? Sent an email about this issue to the company and it came back as undeliverable. Impressive customer service. Apparently nobody intends on fixing this problem so next move is to delete any Avalinx games. Maybe I’ll have better luck with your competition.
Ok for some time, but all scales for growth or improvement seem to increase exponentially. Couple that with some slots disappearing after being unlocked and I lost interest fairly quickly.

Have had this game (the original version) from the beginning. Many problems with not getting coin bonuses and no customer support. There used to be tons of customer support for my old game which is on my game only iPad. I have over 421,500,375,233 credits after learning to game the system. Going for a trillion if my old iPad lasts that long. Just downloaded the latest version of this game and cannot believe the treasure chest game because it doesn’t pay for three and even four of anything in a row. Won’t bother to complain because this company doesn’t care. They will do what they want until we all stop playing their glitch filled games. Only my old version works well with the only problem there being customer service over the non receipt of my daily coin bonus. They said I was offline, I knew I wasn’t. I take a screenshot every single day of the date, bonus coin bar and credit amount as well as how many boosters I have when I play this game due to this problem. I sent them days and days worth of these screenshots to show them I was online and the mistake is theirs. I think they are trying to stop my continued accruement of credits. I hoard the ten boosters and coins then go for it. I currently have around 3,000 ten boosters and 44,000 boosters total with around 112,000 coins. This is how I accumulated so many credits. I have been playing for years. Word of mouth is apparently not a concern for Avalon’s because they seem to treat all of us the same when there are problems. I do not recommend using their games unless you are willing to be badly frustrated and frankly cheated when they refuse to fix problems.
These are really good games and I highly recommend them but, lately have been unable to get any kind of customer support. Please help.
The graphics are great! The awful part is you can ONLY play a small amount of coins AND if you want to play higher coins they REQUIRE you to GIVE THEM A ASTRONOMICAL AMOUNT OF COINS which would mean you either have to buy them or PLAY FOR AN ETERNITY! Not worth the space on your phone.
