Whenever i click login in the app it leads me to the smadvantage website where i need to enter my username and password. After which it again leads me to the app registry page where I need to update my date of birth and then a prompt will show that the “email has been used already”. Very frustrating!!!

The same problem with anybody who tries to link an existing card. It does not verify the OTPs you are entering. I tried it a couple of times but I always get the same result. I do not reccommend this app, it will just waste your time. I hope you improve this.

OTP not working, also tried logging my account off. Still didn’t work

When clicking verify upon entering the otp, it doesn’t push through.

NAPAKA BULOK TALAGA NG APP NA TO. TO THINK NA NAGPALIT PA SILA BUT ITS THE SAME AS BEFORE THE SMAC APP.

This is the most useless app ever! Disappointing!

It’s not allowing me to log back in it keeps on loading and nothing happens

It's so hard to link cards. Even after several otps, the app won't accept it. Please fix. It's such a hassle.

Always shows a screen where it says “There was an error processing your request”
