I used to brought hay from a local hay farm we will get the bale hay but after doing some research and I found out that it was a lot of alfalfa on it and Timothy hay is best for my babies so my boyfriend looked online and slew came across this website we try the first box of second cut and it was so good they love it the smell was so welcoming. Thank you for the quality products and also my bunnies love the loops haha

I love their products. Product is 5 STARS. Their app is not 5 stars. I downloaded the app to making making my subscription easier. Here is the issue: you can cancel or “skip” a subscription order. You cannot order an existing subscription sooner. However, I’m struggling to find where I can order an existing subscription sooner. I needed to replenish on the hay sooner but I was not able to bring in the date of the next scheduled delivery. Ultimately, I had to place a whole new order all together. I may even have to delete my auto-subscription and start a new one each time I need to bring the date in. Missing the option to order an existing subscription sooner is a key miss that they need to consider adding. If it had this feature, 5 stars.

Small pet select has amazing, US based pet products for a variety of animals. They always have fast shipping, and also offer a great rewards program. I get all my chicken and bunny needs met through small pet select.

I’ve been a customer for about 6 years now, ever since I got my Bun & Guinea Pigs I’ve never been disappointed. Always comes on time and I’ve never had an item missing. I’m so happy they have an App now! Inky is your #1 fan, Hay, Pellets, Herbal Blends, Treats, you name it! Happy bun = Happy mum!

A bit tedious to use relative to other retail apps. I expected some additional setup/ configuration time, but same issues remain from old way of ordering via browser. Not readily apparent where to log in, then app retains order history but no easy means of reordering item purchased recently. Basically start from scratch each time I order, which takes a bit of searching every time. The policy of disallowing free shipping when cashing in loyalty points on an order is almost a non-starter for me. The high quality of the product is the only reason I keep coming back. There are much better apps and better customer experiences to be had out there.

Hey there! Your app is very convenient and after purchasing a couple of pine pellet boxes for our Charlotte, the 1+ y.o. Polish black rabbit on Amazon, I decided to search for you directly and found lots of important, high quality goodies! Cannot wait to receive the items, so thank you! Btw, the pine litter pellets weren’t recommended by her Exotic doctor at our local MSPCA Angel West hospital at her first Welles’s check a couple of days ago because of the rabbits’ thin hair layer on their paws that can wear out overtime and hurt their gentle skin. Charlotte loves the pellets though, so I will just continue using them a little bit for chewing in a litter box along with your paper bedding! Excellent product otherwise and smells amazing, too.
