Very buggy system. Rarely works and I paid for the year
It is very, very difficult to reach customer service and they will not help at all when the app does not work which has been bad all 2024. I should have been refunded since I was forced to use another app and spent hundred of dollars to make my business run.

Bugs Starting to Appear
Direct PDF export to the Smallpdf app no longer works. Instead, I have to manually save to Files before importing inside the app. Please fix this bug: such a major issue! Previously, this had been a five-star experience.

Great functioning program but Frustrating missing Search Option
I have been using this service for many years accumulating well over 50 saved annotated documents over the years. The ONLY most frustrating fault is that I am unable to Search for one out of dozens of documents I have saved on smallpdf. This must be top priority as it will make this a perfect app/service! Until then I remain incredibly frustrated.
Scam
Wasted a bunch of time filling out a pdf only to find out that to save or use it you have to subscribe. Dishonest. How about put it out front that to actually use an edited pdf you have to subscribe. Afraid people wouldn't want your product if you told them the truth to begin with?
