Wonderful Technical Assistance
I have enjoyed this app for a couple of years now, mostly sitting on my deck, recording birds and trying to identify them. I recently had an issue with my subscription renewal, which wasn’t working properly. I contacted technical service support and Michael truly engaged and followed up on resolving, my problem. Thank you, Michael.

This app has been awesome and fun! Thankful the app does all the work and I don’t have keep googling/youtubing birds and their sounds while I’m trying to relax with my morning coffee. Lol I am also obsessed with the adorable stickers you get when you add a new bird to your list. The only thing that would make that part better is being able to add those to my phones sticker area so I can use them every day 🤣😁
Great idea ruined by immediate ADS
Great idea but ADS I don’t mind an app using ads if there is an option to purchase no ads, as there is here-thank you for that- but please allow a customer to try an app out first! Within maybe 10 seconds or so of opening the app for the very first time. a pop-up ad opened and then despite it claiming it would end in 15 seconds, it would not click out of the ad, locking me in to it until I swiped the app shut and restarted it. Imagine trying to identify a bird while all this is happening. It sounds like a great idea, but that leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I can’t even spend a few minutes exploring an app without a ton of ads.
Great app for birding!
We have a deck we enjoy sitting on in the mornings while drinking our coffee. Most mornings we hear lots of different bird calls but can’t tell the types of birds apart. We got this app and have been loving the information. We are collecting the birds so our daughter can document them in her bird journey. Thanks for making this fun and educational!!!
Great app!
We moved to TN a few years ago and have Ben trying to figure out what birds we are seeing at our feeder and bird bath. It is easy to use and I can save birds I’ve identified for reference. So happy I found this!
New to this app
I decided to try this app yesterday to identify a bird that was chirping. Very easy to use and quick! I’ll be using this more.

Love this app
I've always loved birds but am new to birding. This app is phenomenal to help me learn to identify their calls and full of interesting information. I highly recommend.
Not that impressed
It wants you really close to the bird. Identified a Phoebe as a Golden Warbler (not in my area). Doesn’t tell you anything about the birds you save. Now lowered star rating as this thing is useless. Sure that was a dove at 11pm dark thirty and not “who, who, who cooks for you“ Barrows owl.
