Can’t have the app send MFA codes to cell phone.

Not a great app. Could be better. It doesn’t explain when you owe exactly how they itemize it.

The app is easy enough to use and manage accounts, however it doesn’t appear to allow the user to manage multiple messages in the inbox at once. For example, there is no option to mark more than one message as read. Swiping multiple messages to the right displays the option to mark as read, however only the message that is selected last is updated. Obviously not a showstopper but it would be a nice convenience.

The app is fine but everyone should avoid this health care saving/spending FSA. It is impossible to get reimbursed and you will lose your money. I will never use it again. It’s not worth the small amount of tax savings when you lose all of the money you set aside for your healthcare.

Probably operator error, but the app is not transparent for what each transaction needs or prompts you where to go next

Although the Smart-Choice Mobile app is super easy to use, it’s very disappointing to see Alight Solutions have been charging my account a Fee every month. I can manage my own money for Free!!

Unable to document reoccurring charges. Random documentation required with no explanation!! Want to go back to the Benny Card! Much better company to work with.

They should have option to upload bill when we pay . They ask for bill after months and I have find those to upload.

Got my new card. Tried to activate it on app, app says I already have an active card. Went to old card, the app ONLY allows me to declare the old card lost or stolen. The old card should have an option to deactivate or deactivate old and activate new.

Very easy for me to gather info and submit for reimbursement. Love that I can track on the app as well, and that status is regularly updated.
