It takes months CS team to update and no use of app or software to address client query

Query and feedback can’t be submitted and no proper verification process of payments .

It designed by under 15 years students. Payments taken 20 to 25 days to update in system. No complete information available. For balance of payments need to see full sheet without updated. A top rated group but result like beginners. Now 1 years completed but they made only main Boulevard of LSC 😜🤪

The app is not functioning since last update. It do not load financial information.

As soon as I enter into member portal , app crashes. TBH, i have never found this project as “smart” as they say it. Lol. Everything, or almost everything is way manual and as irritating as manual things are. Not sure how the project would turn out to be. As of now, poor experience.

If the application of a so called smart city and whole online process is so pathetic and confusing , I don’t have much hope for the project either. No idea what to do with the code received in email and Application

App has good features like payment options , all plot history etc but it has crashing issues, if that is fixed app is v good

Smart feature for smart members having max info about the property in Smart Cities in Pakistan. Good effort by the IT team by developing such smart member portal to their members and visitors
