The recording is freeze after start driving few second. It’s iPhone 5s

Constant crashing

App worked well for a few weeks so I paid a yearly subscription. Now I have to relaunch it multiple times every day due to constant crashing. Won’t be renewing subscription if it’s not fixed soon.

All you’ll need

This is the best thing for a dash cam you’ll ever need. I have this on an old iPhone 6 128gb mounted discreetly in my car, and charge it via USB easily. The app itself is so intuitive and better than any dashcam interface / storage means you’ll ever see. Options galore, map integration, it’s awesome, you just have to sort out what settings work for you. It uses the best tech and abilities of your smartphone (camera, gps, storage, maps, motion detection, etc) which are well and above beyond most if not many dashcams. Plus it’s free, from what i can tell you can just pay to take away the developers ad. Only app I’ve ever paid for!

Easy & Effective

Thanks Dash Cam. A great contingency for your phone or iPad if you're in a different vehicle. Best if plugged in as understandably uses some power.

100% Satisfied

I love Dash Cam. It works as intended. Great. Your phone is on the dash in front of you (can’t lose track of it), the phone is charging and all the time and CarPlay is available. I just can’t wait to capture an exciting event and sell it to go viral. Yay!

Problem

Causes my iPhone se to get so hot that it turns off.

Useless unless app constantly open

What’s the point if I am unable to close down the app whilst my car utilises CarPlay or if I want to use a Maps app at the same time as the Dashcam app is working? Nup.... no good to me

Problem with yesterday’s update...

... memory warning dialogue; and black screen mode doesn’t work. Very frustrating. Please fix ASAP. Your app has been really good until today.

Works great !

This app works far better than the last 5 failed dash cams I have purchased over the years . It’s really clear and the functions are easy to use . One thing that should be mentioned is that the “After a car accident “ section says to call 911. The internet is worldwide and the American emergency number doesn’t work outside that country . Unfortunately someone has died in Australia trying to call an ambulance on 911 when it’s 000 here. Also 999 in the UK and 112 in some others . Common sense isn’t that common sometimes sadly. Perhaps this could be changed in the instructions to “ Your countries emergency number “ ? I am still reviewing the app for free but will probably purchase the full version soon.

Not so good

Used this App on my IPhone X found that it chews up the battery phone was very hot after using for about 1 hour, videos were very unstable as if you were looking through water. Would not recommend .
