Smart Endoscope

Won’t connect to Wi-Fi. No help whatsoever when trying to connect. A waste of money. Item bring returned and app being deleted.

I saw a lot of reviews saying this app does not work. But I did not have the same experience, it works perfectly fine for me. Almost threw up when I saw the inside of my ears, but that’s not their fault.

I bought this product back in January and initially had no issues with the product or the app. It was connecting to wi-fi without an issues. Last week I tried to use it and it would no longer connect to wi-fi. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and followed all the troubleshooting directions from the app itself- nothing and worked so far. I finally contacted customer service via email. They replied the next day asking if I was using an apple or android phone. I replied with “Apple” and that was the last time I’ve heard from them. I wrote again asking if they could assist- no response. It’s frustrating that this product is not even a year old and it’s no longer usable if it doesn’t connect to the wi-fi. I really liked the otoscope itself, but now I’m not sure if the otoscope is defective or there is just a connection issue. Disappointed.

After following steps, camera still doesn’t work on app and won’t connect. Have a nte100i and trying to connect to iPhone.

Won’t connect to the app even when I’m connected to the wifi it puts out. Completely makes it useless

This Teslong endoscope worked really good. It connects easily to my iPhone& i was able to open a dampener in my vents that was un reachable otherwise. I did not have any connection issues. Maybe other models do but this was seamless. Worked as advertised. Great app, great product. 5 stars.

Waste of money. The app can’t even scan the QR code that came with the scope to activate the ad free option

Good when it works, annoying when it doesn’t

Worked well for a week, after 6/26/23 the app crashes every time you go to connect. Please fix!

this has the be the worst app i’ve ever downloaded, it’s worked a grand total of 3 times in the 10+ times i’ve tried to use it,the app just shuts down when you try to use it. worthless.
