Description
Thanks to Smart Gateway APP the management of the home automation system is simple and intuitive, with the ability to remotely control lighting, blinds and shutters, scenarios, temperature and humidity in every room, anti-intrusion system and video cameras.
The new Gewiss APP also allows you to check the energy consumption of your home at any time, as well as setting timers, logic functions, load control and irrigation.
In order to work, the APP requires the presence of a Gewiss Smart Gateway connected to the home automation system and the payment of an annual fee.
The APP configuration is made using the online GEWISS IoT Configurator software, which can be accessed visiting gewiss.com in the "Services/Software/Smart Gateway APP" section.”

Terribile
Dovrebbe essere il massimo della modernità, ma è lenta inaffidabile, complicata e instabile.
PESSIMA
Tralasciando il fatto che quando il cellulare è collegato in Wi-Fi non è possibile far funzionare il riscaldamento in casa e quindi bisogna ogni volta scollegarsi dalla Wi-Fi e collegarsi tramite rete mobile , sono più le volte che l’impianto non funziona : esempio temperatura segnata 19.5, temperatura impostata a 20.5 e riscaldamento non va oppure le temperature rilevate sono errate e obsolete di giorni fa . UN INCUBO !
Inutilizzabile
Con questo aggiornamento l’app diventa inutilizzabile in quanto la freccia in alto a sinistra per tornare indietro si sovrappone alla visualizzazione dell’ora dell”IPhone rendendone impossibile l’utilizzo Si prega di risolvere urgentemente, grazie

Da aggiornare! Dopo ultimo aggiornamento piccoli bug il più fastidioso nella regolazione delle temperature le icone sono sovrapposte!

L’app non funziona più dopo l’aggiornamento a IOS 13. In questo modo lo Smart Gateway è inutilizzabile. Aggiornare al più presto per cortesia
NON AGGIORNATA AD IOS13 🤬
Incredibile come solo Gewiss non riesca a stare al passo coi tempi e con gli aggiornamenti delle App!! Ha già fallito con la prima versione della Happy Home, che ancora adesso non è ottimizzata per gli iPhone X presentati nell’armadio lontano 2017 !!! Adesso tutti i miei clienti non possono comandare il proprio impianto da app, perché Gewiss non riesce a tenere aggiornato nemmeno questo suo ultimo investimento...

Appena installato IOS13 e non riesco più ad accedere all’app... “aggiornamento fattito a causa di un errore interno”
