Smart Labels

I’m in the middle of a major organizing project and after doing about 6 labels two days ago, I resumed and trying to add new labels…. App will no longer open. Deleted it and reinstalled, same. Terrible timing!

App won’t open and we’re paying for movers. Worst time to not be working!!!

Thought this would be a great way to organize Christmas decorations only to find out that you have to pay for a subscription after the “free” year you get when you purchase the labels. Not a long term storage organization solution.

For items you do not use frequently I feel like this makes it easy to store things away while always knowing where they are!

Concept is great if it worked. Second time, trying to log onto app. Said my account didn’t exist. Had to create a new account all information on all boxes gone. I have to open all my boxes that are stacked on top of each other that had detailed notes. Now I don’t know if I can trust the app in the future for my move.

I took a picture of all of the contents of my boxes and now the pictures are gone. Looks like everyone else has the same issues.

There is a limit of 48 or else you have to pay $30 for a year, so I’m now $60 in labels and i should have just used manual becuse it’s not worth $60 to move a house. Only get if you’re using limited labels or you want to spend tons of money for a mild convenience

Spent several hours categorizing one box then went to add another item and found everything I’d just done was completely erased.

I bought two packs of their labels on Amazon for an international move. On moving day, I got a notification saying I only had 5 more free labels to use before I had to sign up for a yearly subscription to use any more. Kind of crappy that you can buy extra packs of labels without any warning of needing a subscription (and if there was a warning, I didn’t see it anywhere). Luckily I was able to make a new account on my husbands phone to use the other labels…for free.

Really Love this app and how it works. It’s so slow and doesn’t always load photos. Improving speed and other options like moving items to different boxes would make this app 5 stars.
