Works on 2.4 GHz only
Smart switch only connects to 2.4 ghz WiFi network, had to disable 5 ghz network on the router for the switch to connect. This info should be included in the setup instructions.

Or just ask: "Alexa, turn on the lights." Seamless compatibility with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant provides simple control of your home’s lights and power without ever having to lift a finger.

There is no reason that this app needs to collect personal data to turn a light on or off. I have to assume it’s just another scam to sell my data.. NO THANKS
Legrand is normally the best. But this thing is crap.
I am a master electrician, I have my own company. I use Legrand products for virtually everything, by far the best quality out there. I figured there smart switches would be awesome, but thats not the case. the app is terrible, can’t sync up a switch. How am I supposed to stand by this product? How are my customers supposed to except the enormous price tag attached with it? And talk about the service calls I’ll get when the lights stop working or get dropped.

Can't open app. Get an error message. Restored phone and can't use app.

Doesn’t work
I have used the app for about a year. Now, this summer, nothing! I go to the app to open it, and it just goes back to my Home Screen. I have to have my husband turn on the lights with his app
