App half in Chinese, impossible to find your way to set it up....dreadful!!

App is mainly in Chinese. Can’t change settings on heater controller remotely! Disconnects from controller ever 10 seconds. It have been in a firmware upgrade loop for the last year. Utterly terrible product.

Rubbish hasn’t worked now for 6 months and have a cheek to say they have updated the app with bug fixes…….biggest bug is it doesn’t work!!

The app is terrible no information how to program the device it looks as though the supplier has a new smart WiFi thermostat which connects to google home which is a bit late now

I see only negatives on here what’s going on with your business ,when i bought first product is been best on here not is not working anything not acceptable ???

Instructions show you how to connect an initial device when setting up the app but cannot seem to get a second device added and instructions are vague and often in Chinese. Could do better!!

Managed to get it connected and worked out limited control. However today I cannot connect to device and or network. Waste of money going for the WiFi thermostat

Couldn’t get this app to work with Alexa
