Spent hours yesterday. Still not fixed! Can't find your response but I STILL cannot print from my phone. 3 days later. I called hp, not knowing you are not hp. He fixed part of the problem so I can print from my laptop but still NOT my phone! I don't have time to waste like this! It's 5:15am. I need my printer to work and I need to sleep. I better not get charged for this app that is useless. If you really want to help, contact me.
