• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period

Basic functionality $60/yr??!

The basic software to use my HP printer with an iPad costs five dollars a month, what it used to be free. I think that’s a rip off.

Printer is okay. Print too slow for me. I used to a faster home printer.

Difficult setup!

As per most printer apps, this one is not easy to get up and running. Make sure you have your wi fi on and the password handy. With apple devices, the prompts and chronological steps are logical. I did eventually get this ap to print from my IphoneSE and IPad Air Pro, after maybe 40 minutes of trial and error. It works great now. Who knows if there is an easier way to do it!

Difficult to setup!

My husband started on this printer some months ago and I have never ever printed 1 page. I was busy with remodeling the kitchen and put it out of my mind for a bit and now I am tackling with it. I tinkered with it and after about an hour or so, still no acknowledgment of this printer installation and of course it does not print. I am so upset about this hunk of mess right now. I spent upwards of 350.00 and I did not get to print 1 page. This is terrible!

Canon Selphy CP 1500

Ridiculous that you have to pay to use an app to print on this new model. If I’d have known, I’d never have bought the printer. I may still return it.

Good service

I tried the free 3 day trial and completely forgot to end my subscription after not being able connect to my printer ( not surprised because the printer is finicky). I got charged for a year subscription $50 and I quickly contacted them for a refund and they promptly responded with a refund.

The app works printed perfectly on my brother printer, gotta say impressed. Please write more apps like this and let’s find a way to not have these exploitative and disruptive ad supported models.
