Terrible - I want a refund :-(
I just purchased the lifetime subscription for $59 and lesson learned I can’t get my money back. I thought I was downloading the right app to get my photos into the Samsung Frame TV but it’s not this app. Some of the buttons do nothing for my new TV - Apple TV button doesn’t work. Apps tab just twirls round and round and loads nothing. Tools button does nothing. So disappointed that it’s ruined my Samsung experience of buying a new TV
App keeps on hanging
Once a week the app hangs and you have to delete and re-install completely. Then restore the purchase. I’ve tried to contact them to fix it And got no response.

it doesn’t work i did the free trial and it still won’t work so it’s a scam and unless it magically starts to work i would not recommend to anyone i’m certainly not impressed
Rip Off
Charged two payments of $50 despite cancelling the free trial. The app itself is slow and not easy to use compared to an actual remote.

Use took $50.00 out of my account that I did not agree to!! It was the last of my money and I was buying nappies and formula for my baby and my card declined. Please refund my money pleeeeaase!!!
Don’t waste your time
You have to make a monthly payment in order to use a remote on your phone crazy
