Smart Remote for Samsung TVs Reviews

Mostly works

Crashes often, very awkward layout. Works in a pinch but not a substitute for a handheld remote.

App is doesn’t work for 13 pro max.

App is doesn’t work for 13 pro max. the middle button does not work. The arrow buttons work but whenever I try to use the middle button, there is no response. I email them but no response. Not recommend use it.

Don’t waste money

Very few features are consistent in terms of usability. Constantly crashes, never works when I need it to, waste of money even for how cheap it is.

It actually works surprisingly well, I have no issues with it. There’s a small leg but really nothing to complain about.

Never wants to open or connect to my tv. I always have to power it off then on again and sometimes that doesn’t work. Lame.

Enter/Select button no longer works.

When I first downloaded this app and upgraded to pro, it was great. I would often take over Samsung TVs at family’s houses I visited and they would wonder how I “hacked” their tv. Lol. But moving forward for practical everyday use, the Enter or Select button just magically stopped working one day. I reinstalled the app, restored my pro purchase but to no avail. Unable to select a menu option or channel. Everything else works fine, just wish this issue could be fixed.
