An invaluable virtual staging tool
I’m in real estate and sometimes have to describe to buyers the possibilities of what a ridiculously ugly house with purple carpet and 70s kitchen design could transform to be their forever home (given they have an extra $50k lying around). This app is magical. While I’d like to specify certain liberties it should or shouldn’t take (it removed a load bearing wall once), it’s a phenomenal value. Of course, a picture is worth 1000 words; these renovations might as well be War and Peace. It’s just stellar.
