Got this for Christmas. Went through the set process and tried to create a flycatcher account. Account creation fails every time. Just says “oops something went wrong, try again later”. This seem like a new bug to me. Please update and fix this issue soon. Not being able to use flycatcher really caps the functionality of this thing.
I think there needs to be a way to sign into the app without it being connected to the sketcher via Bluetooth. It makes you connect before you can do anything and I wanted to test the picture feature and get some drawing options set up for my kid without having to plug it in and set it up. You can’t even look at the app unless it’s connected.
Forces you to add payment info in order to download the app with a disclaimer “for in app purchases” and then immediately charges you $25. BEWARE.

You you can take a picture and I’ll take it on there, but you cannot try it. You have to drive it yourself so disappointing.
Paid like $30 for annual premium and everything is still locked!! I’ve deleted and redownloaded and logged in and out and nothing!

It kept telling me I needed to put a cartridge in it. We kept putting it in and taking it out, but it just would not work.👎🏻
There is a problem, my smart sketcher 2.0 is not working. I’ve done every step it’s near me. I’ve done the last step, but it’s not working.
I’m sad to say, as I don’t typically write (type) reviews). This projector is really a piece of junk. The images aren’t clear. When I use the app and load my own images from my photos, the image projected isn’t legible. I’m highly disappointed! This projector, like many modern-day ‘toys,’ is a money pit. You must purchase a subscript &/or more discs, in order to use it further than 2-hours worth. Please don’t waste your money.
