App doesn’t work well

App works perfectly and mat helps my baby stay asleep I run it through my iPhone saw other reviews that say app doesn’t work I wonder if they have android phones

My daughter loves this mat. She instantly falls asleep on it. I also haven’t experienced any issues with the app either. Timer works great and all settings are reactive in an instant. Perfect.

Apps absolute trash won’t connect via Bluetooth

Just get a normal vibrating pad at a fraction of the cost. I bought this as I would love to turn on the vibration features from my phone instead of having to get up out of bed in the middle of the night. Definitely wasted $89. App worked the first day. After day, I'm stuck on the error screen saying it's unable to connect to Bluetooth 🙄

Can’t get past the Bluetooth connection screen. I click the buttons on the screen and literally nothing happens. So frustrating, please fix this

Impossible to find a way to connect the app. I click on the bluetooth icon and nothing happens. No instructions if I need to press any other button to sync. It is a zero star.

It constantly goes off and won’t connect to the mat via Bluetooth. The mat itself turns off randomly even in continuous mode….. not sure why.. this is a great idea but definitely needs to have the app improved! I can’t see the battery life, if it’s on or off when the apps not working and I don’t want to go in and wake up my baby just to check to see if it’s still vibrating.

Won’t open. Stuck on warning screen. Happy it was free since it doesn’t work
