Smart Strength is a simple workout on the surface. Quick to create workouts, quick to edit and quick to delete workouts.
However, many people use video for their workouts to ensure their form is perfect. Smart Strength allows you to add videos to each set and send them to anyone. Be it a coach, personal trainer, physical therapist or friend; they can see what you are doing and give you feedback.
The best part. All workouts are private by default, so you don't have to worry about them being out there is the public's eye.
